I'm reviewing them thoroughly right now to make sure everything is perfect before sending them over. - Structural Plans: I spoke with Carlos and the full set will be ready by May 25th. They're finishing up the section details, elevations, and structural calculations. - Proposal for Andrew: For his peace of mind, I suggest an in-person meeting in Managua this Saturday morning to discuss the structural design. If Andrew is OK with it, I can personally pick him up at Remanso in the truck and drive him to the meeting. We could also use the trip to go look at finishes (flooring, tiles, lighting, and veneers) for the project. Can you confirm if that works for him?

just a heads up. because I'm using meta commercial for this app I can only send you messages in 24 hour windows. So nutshell, if you don't reply in 24 hours I have to send a templated message and wait for you to respond. No real way to get around it, so if you see something like "Any updates today" and nothings happening, Jugsy reply "N" or whatever to keep stream alive
