Por ello, he coordinado con el equipo de ingeniería para que este viernes a primera hora me entreguen un avance formal y consolidado (plantas y elevaciones estructurales de conjunto). Te enviaré ese paquete el mismo viernes para que tengas evidencia clara y visual del trabajo. Para darte aún mayor tranquilidad, me gustaría proponerte una reunión presencial con el ingeniero Carlos este sábado por la mañana en Managua, para que revisemos el diseño estructural cara a cara y resolvamos cualquier duda. Si te parece bien, yo mismo pasaría por ti a Remanso en la camioneta para irnos juntos. Además, podríamos aprovechar la vuelta para que puedas ir viendo opciones físicas de acabados, pisos, enchapes y luces. ¿Qué te parece la idea? Regarding your request for the calculations: since it's a complex system, sending you loose numbers or scattered details right now wouldn't reflect how the building is actually behaving as a whole and wouldn't give you the assurance you're looking for. That's why I've coordinated with the engineering team to have a formal, consolidated update (structural plans and elevations for the full project) delivered to me first thing this Friday. I'll send you that package the same Friday so you have clear, visual evidence of the work. To give you even more peace of mind, I'd like to propose an in-person meeting with engineer Carlos this Saturday morning in Managua so we can review the structural design face to face and address any questions. If that works for you, I'd pick you up at Remanso in the truck so we can go together. Plus, we could use the trip so you can start looking at physical options for finishes, flooring, tiles, and lighting. What do you think? Hola Andrew, me parece excelente que tu ingeniero en Australia revise el proyecto, así todos tendremos mayor seguridad. Sobre los datos estructurales, voy a hablar con Carlos, ya que enviarle información fragmentada no le servirá de mucho para su análisis, pero según lo que hablé con él ayer el equipo está consolidando el informe técnico completo y se tendrá listo lo más pronto posible para que se lo puedas compartir. Respecto a los planos de La Casita, hoy por la tarde tengo me toca trabajo de oficina entonces me voy a dedicar de lleno a terminar de revisarlos y enviártelos hoy mismo.
